These are the rates that will go into effect on May 27th 2024. Our Board of Directors at our MEETING voted and approved the rate increase on April 16th 2024.

Standard Residential Service Rates

Monthly Minimum: Water Included w/ Minimum Bill:	$30.00 0/gallons
Tier (gal.):	$/1000 gal.:
1-5,000	$6.50
5,001-10,000	$7.50
10,001-15,000	$8.50
15,001+20,000	$9.50
20,001 & Above	$10.50
